Elliott 6m Mast Base V2 Black

HSS sailing club in Helsinki, Finland owns six Elliott 6m boats and three of them had a broken mast base. They reached out to me for a solution. Now they have all six Elliott 6m boats ready to race again! The new Elliott 6m mast base was CAD-designed based on the original measurements and CNC-milled from 6061 aluminium. It was beadblasted and hardcoat-anodized in the post-processing phase. It features M6 threads in the cylindrical part and M5 threads on the front for securing the sheave axes.

Elliott 6m Mast Base V1 Pink

An earlier version of the Elliott 6m mast base for the HSS sailing club in Helsinki. CAD-designed based on the original mast base measurements, anodized with pink matte finish. All threads are M6 and the first racing attempt with the fitted boat was a winning one.
